Holland & Hart announced Dean Bennett was recently appointed Administrative Partner (AP) for the firm’s Boise office. Bennett succeeds Brian Hansen, who served as AP of the Boise office for the past three and a half years. As AP, Bennett will provide leadership critical to the operations and strategies of the office, including financial management, client services, and attorney recruitment.
“Dean demonstrates strong leadership and commitment to his clients, the firm, and his community. His experience will be an asset to his leadership of the office,” said Liz Sharrer, Chair of the firm. “We appreciate his willingness to take on this role and continue the positive momentum in this evolving market as he guides the future direction of the Boise office.”
An Idaho native, Dean handles commercial litigation matters throughout the state of Idaho and regionally and has tried complex cases to juries in both state and federal courts. Dean’s practice also focuses on representing clients in various labor and employment related disputes. He represents employers in court and before state and federal agencies to resolve wage and hour claims as well as claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. Dean regularly writes and speaks on management-side employment matters.
