Craig Radoci is a paralegal with a dual focus on trademark enforcement and complex litigation, with over 12 years of experience.
Craig has deep experience in trademark enforcement matters, including managing and updating clients’ enforcement dockets, preparing initial drafts of Notices of Opposition, Petitions for Cancellation, and other TTAB pleadings, compiling evidence for TTAB matters, reviewing watch notices and preparing work-ups of proposed enforcement, and corresponding with foreign counsel on worldwide enforcement matters. His litigation experience spans both the state and federal level where he drafts correspondence and pleadings, conducts fact investigations, and edits and cite checks briefs, motions, and other filings.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Craig worked for six years as a Paralegal Specialist in the Consumer Protection Branch within the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, DC. While at the Justice Department, he worked with agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission to enforce consumer protection statutes throughout the United States.
