Craig Radoci

Craig Radoci is a paralegal with over nine years of experience assisting with complex litigation at both the state and federal level.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Craig worked for six years as a Paralegal Specialist in the Consumer Protection Branch within the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, DC. While at the Justice Department, he worked with agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission to enforce consumer protection statutes throughout the United States. 

Craig most recently worked for Cohn, Goldberg & Deutsch, LLC in Baltimore, Maryland, where he specialized in real estate litigation and residential foreclosures in both the Maryland and District of Columbia courts.


Craig has significant experience assisting with all phases of litigation, including:

  • Fact investigation and evidence gathering
  • Drafting correspondence and pleadings
  • Editing and cite checking briefs, motions, and other filings
  • Researching and analyzing case law, statutory provisions, legislative history, and administrative rules
  • Reviewing documents to ascertain privilege and/or responsiveness
  • Managing and organizing document productions as part of the discovery process
  • Locating and interviewing potential witnesses
  • Working with expert and fact witnesses
  • Communicating with opposing counsel, pro se litigants, court personnel, and others
  • Compiling and preparing electronic and paper exhibits for presentation at trial
  • Testifying at hearings and trial

Craig is experienced with electronic filing systems such as CM/ECF, PACER, and ESTTA, as well as document review programs such as Concordance and Relativity.
