We help create integrated trade compliance systems that generate defensive data.

Our approach to compliance programs is that (1) they should reflect how business is actually done and (2) they need to generate defensive data that confirms throughout the business flow that compliance was achieved. The resulting program would meet or exceed agency best practices, as well as standards found in Section 8B2.1 of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines.

Holland & Hart attorneys have designed whole compliance programs, enhancements, and particular elements for defense contractors, global heavy industry manufacturers, global mineral and related product producers, international media and internet service providers, financial institutions, and others across the world. As part of this work, we frequently audit compliance of our clients and develop, if appropriate, strategies for remediation of shortcomings, disclosures and resolution of identified issues.
