Camila provides comprehensive counsel on a range of business litigation and employment-related issues.
Camila began her legal career as a mediator at the Utah Labor Commission, where she reviewed and analyzed workplace complaints and grievances in various employment disputes. Her experience as a neutral at a Fair Employment Practice Agency of the EEOC provides her with tactful insight in counseling companies on virtually all employment issues, including hiring, training, terminations, severance agreements, policy creation and implementation, employment contracts, and leaves under the ADA and FMLA.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Camila served as a judicial clerk for Magistrate Judge Cecilia M. Romero of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
