Commercial Litigation and Appellate Attorney Joins Holland & Hart’s Denver Office

Katie Kramer Custer recently joined Holland & Hart LLP as an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Appellate Practice Groups in the Denver office.

An experienced commercial litigator, Custer has represented clients in business disputes, including cases involving trade secret misappropriation, fraud, breach of contract and duty of loyalty, unfair competition, and complex government contracts issues. In addition, Custer has assisted clients with internal investigations and pre-litigation negotiation.  She also has experience counseling clients in a variety of E-discovery issues, including alleged spoliation, predictive coding, and document retention, preservation, and production. 

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Custer was a litigation associate at McKenna Long & Aldridge.  She received her J.D. from the University of Colorado’s School of Law and is licensed to practice in Colorado, the District Court for the District of Colorado, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Court of Federal Claims.
