EXPERIENCE

Mr. Randolph's practice involves virtually all aspects of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on complex commercial and employment litigation. He has defended claims for workplace retaliation and wrongful discharge. Mr. Randolph's record includes successful defense of claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and Title VII. He regularly represents employers through all stages of the litigation process, from preparing responses to administrative charges through final resolution.

Mr. Randolph is also experienced in the area of complex business litigation and regularly represents clients through all stages. He routinely assists clients resolve their business disputes in the most efficient manner possible.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Randolph served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable N. Randy Smith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Randolph is an AV rated attorney who is admitted to practice in the state of Idaho, the United States District Court for the District of Idaho, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Randolph was named a "Mountain States Rising Star" by Super Lawyers in 2009.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Mr. Randolph currently serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for The Advocate, the official publication of the Idaho State Bar.

Previously, Mr. Randolph served as the state-wide chair of the Idaho State Bar Young Lawyers Section. In 2004, he coordinated the section's annual fundraiser on behalf of the Idaho Food Bank.

Mr. Randolph volunteers his time as an attorney for the Court Appointed Special Advocate ("CASA") program, working on behalf of neglected and abused children.
