Mr. Earl is a shareholder at Holland & Hart in Las Vegas, Nevada where he practices in the fields of transactional real property law and commercial litigation. He is a graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law school. Mr. Earl has represented a wide range of real estate clients, including real estate developers, lenders, sellers and buyers. He has extensive experience in real property acquisition, development, leasing, sales and financing. Mr. Earl has represented both owners and lenders involving residential, commercial and industrial real estate developments, financing transactions, real property sales and purchases, general property matters, including easements and leases. He has taught seminars and prepared written materials on various real estate issues.
