Ms. Dennison practices in the field of real property law. During her over 30 years of practice, Ms. Dennison has represented a wide range of real estate clients, including real estate developers, lenders, sellers and buyers.

Ms. Dennison has extensive experience in real property acquisition, development, leasing, sale and financing. She has represented both owners and lenders in transactions involving mixed use and golf course communities, time share developments, condominium-hotels, condominium conversions, industrial parks, shopping centers, office buildings and power plant facilities. In her practice, Ms. Dennison works closely with the Nevada Real Estate Division and other governmental and administrative agencies and has an active legislative practice in the real estate field.

Ms. Dennison is listed in the Best Lawyers in America publication in Real Estate Law and was named "Reno Best Lawyers Real Estate Lawyer of the Year" for 2009. Additionally, she has been ranked in Band 1 for Real Estate Lawyers in Chambers USA since 2008 and has been recognized as a leader in Real Estate Law in The Legal 500 since 2007.  Ms. Dennison is also listed in Nevada Business Journal's "Legal Elite," Mountain States Super Lawyers in Real Estate, in the Top 40 Women Lawyersand, in 2008, was listed in their "Top 75 Lawyers" in the region.

Ms. Dennison has taught seminars in Nevada foreclosure law, title insurance law and real estate law. She is co-author of materials on Advanced Real Property Law in Nevada, Nevada Foreclosure Law and Advanced Principles of Title Insurance. She is the author of Nevada Timeshare Law published in the ABA/ARDA Timeshare Law Compendium. Ms. Dennison was a co-presenter on the topic "Hospitality for Dirt Lawyers".
