Mr. Sarabi is a member of the Business Department at Holland & Hart.  He first joined the firm in 2008 as a summer clerk where he worked on various issues ranging from public company filings to business acquisitions as well as protecting a public company from potential hostile acquisitions.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Sarabi clerked at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck assisting with a multi-million dollar acquisition.
