Ms. Suthers is a member of the environmental compliance practice group. Her practice covers a wide variety of litigation and federal regulation with an emphasis on agriculture and associated environmental issues. Ms. Suthers also has experience conducting internal investigations related to compliance with government regulations, including export controls. She practiced in the Denver office of Holland & Hart before moving to the Washington, D.C. office in 2009.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Ms. Suthers served as law clerk to the Hon. Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Ms. Suthers is licensed to practice law in Colorado and her admission to the District of Columbia is pending.
