EXPERIENCE

Mr. Coleman's practice focuses commercial litigation and intellectual property law, including prosecution and litigation of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He has represented clients before Montana state and federal courts, Federal Appellate Courts, the Montana Supreme Court, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and administrative agencies. His litigation practice includes intellectual property, construction, employment, bankruptcy, and other commercial disputes. Mr. Coleman was selected as a "Rising Star" for the 2008 edition of Mountain States Super Lawyers.  He was also listed in the 2009 and 2010 editions of Best Lawyers in America for Intellectual Property Law.
