Ms. Hobbs-Wright joined Holland & Hart's Labor & Employment practice group in 2003. She has represented employers in cases involving religious, race, sex, national origin, age, and disability discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and various other state law claims. She has practiced before federal and state courts and in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Hobbs-Wright has experience in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Colorado Civil Rights Division. She advises human resources personnel and in-house counsel of local and national companies and government agencies on various employment-related issues including hiring, firing, employee discipline and retention, employment policies, workplace investigations, pay practices, drug and alcohol testing, compliance with federal and state civil rights laws, and family and medical leave.
