Mr. Wirthlin is a member of the Business Department, focusing his practice in the Real Estate, Financial Practices, and Business Transactions Practice Groups. His experience covers virtually all areas of the real estate industry, with special emphasis in commercial development and land use.
He has extensive experience in representing a wide range of commercial clients in negotiating and closing multi-million dollar real estate transactions, in purchasing, selling, leasing, and financing. Mr. Wirthlin's project experience includes multi-family residential, mixed use office and retail, shopping centers and malls, hotels, office buildings, condominiums, and resort development. Mr. Wirthlin's real estate finance background includes conventional, tax credit, and bond financing. He also has extensive experience in representing clients with land use, zoning, boundary and easement issues.
Mr. Wirthlin's business law practice includes advising clients in structure and organization, and drafting and negotiating corporate transaction documents.
While in law school, Mr. Wirthlin was an intern for the Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution, and a legal intern for the U.S. Army, Judge Advocate General located at Fort Hood.
