EXPERIENCE

Ms. Snyder's practice focuses on virtually all aspects of transactional and employment law. Her transactional experience extends to general business planning, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, and real estate transactions. She also represents governmental entities and has experience in land-use law.

Ms. Snyder's employment law practice extends to all matters arising from the employment relationship, including policies and procedures, discipline and termination, compliance with sexual harassment and medical leave laws, wage and hour requirements, employment agreements, and employee rights. She also has extensive experience drafting agreements and negotiating matters relating to employee non-competition covenants. In addition, she assists clients with layoffs and helps navigate the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act.

Ms. Snyder joined Holland & Hart's Boise office in 2001. She earned her Juris Doctorate from University of Michigan Law School.

Ms. Snyder has been listed as a "Rising Star" in Mountain States Super Lawyers since 2008.
