Mr. Reese assists clients in the business transactions area, including mergers and acquisitions, business entity selection and formation, and securities matters. His is experienced in drafting asset purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, private placement memorandums, subscription agreements, shareholder agreements and various SEC and Blue Sky filings.
Mr. Reese counsels clients in a wide range of real estate matters including negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, easement agreements, commercial and retail leases, and reviewing titles and surveys of real property.
Additionally, Mr. Reese assists clients with various projects related to the radio broadcasting industry, such as negotiating sales of FCC licenses. Mr. Reese has experience dealing with radio-specific issues such as radio broadcast agreements and transmitter site leases.
Mr. Reese joined Holland & Hart's Salt Lake City office in 2002 after working for the firm as a summer associate. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Reese was a summer associate with the Washington, D.C., telecommunications firm Wilkinson Barker Knauer LLP.
