Mr. Campbell has 30 years of litigation experience in the state and federal courts of New Mexico.  His practice concentrates on oil and gas, antitrust and environmental litigation.

Mr. Campbell has represented large, integrated oil and gas companies, as well as independent operators, in a wide variety of oil and gas disputes, several of which were putative class actions.  His jury experience has included take-or-pay litigation, surface use disputes, tort claims and royalty controversies with both private and governmental entities.  He has tried to verdict antitrust claims in the oil and gas arena, including a price fixing claim brought pursuant to Section 1 of the Sherman Act and participated in major environmental litigation involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act.
