Mr. Eggers' practice focuses on regulatory issues before Wyoming's administrative agencies. He appears regularly before the Wyoming Oil & Gas Conservation Commission on well spacing, permitting, and other cases; and advises oil and gas producers on day-to-day legal issues. Mr. Eggers represents taxpayers on severance, ad valorem and sales tax cases before Wyoming's tax agencies and courts.
He also appears before the Wyoming Public Service Commission for large electric consumers, telecommunications companies including cable and competitive local exchange carriers, independent power producers and natural gas companies.
Mr. Eggers is listed in Best Lawyers in America (2007-2010), in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business (2007-2010), and in Benchmark Litigation (2009).
Before joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Eggers was an Assistant District Attorney in Cheyenne.
Mr. Eggers currently serves as the Administrative Partner for Holland & Hart's Cheyenne office.
