Ms. Combs joined Holland & Hart in 2005. Her practice focuses primarily on the defense of catastrophic personal injury cases. Ms. Combs has experience defending companies in personal injury cases arising from accidents in the mining, oil and gas production, refining and railroad industries, and has experience with emergency response and OSHA and MSHA compliance.
Ms. Combs served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth F. Ripple of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She has experience representing clients in appellate litigation in the federal circuit and state courts.
Ms. Combs is admitted in Wyoming, Washington, D.C. and Virginia, and she is licensed to practice in the federal district courts in those states, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh, Fourth, and Tenth Circuits.
