EXPERIENCE

Ms. Snodgrass joined Holland & Hart in 1999 after graduating from Northwestern University School of Law. Ms. Snodgrass practices in the Environmental Group of the Natural Resources Department. She focuses on matters involving NEPA and the Endangered Species Act, including various aspects of NEPA compliance and exemptions, selection of third-party contractors, evaluation of habitat conservation plans, Section 7 consultation, and the species listing process. Ms. Snodgrass also has significant experience with the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, wetlands issues under the Clean Water Act, federal land use issues under the Mineral Leasing Act and Federal Land Policy and Management Act, and natural gas pipeline issues under the Natural Gas Act.
