Mr. Angerbauer is a corporate attorney and business advisor with over 23 years of experience in securities, corporate governance, M&A, venture capital and early-stage funding, financial and commercial transactions, and technology. He has represented a wide range of clients, including start-ups, emerging growth businesses, and public companies whose securities trade on U.S. and foreign stock markets. Mr. Angerbauer has counseled both issuers and underwriters in more than two billion dollars of public and private equity and debt offerings, including U.S. and international financings, and has represented clients in more than nine billion dollars of M&A transactions.
