Ms. Brailsford is a partner in the firm's Boise office and a member of its Labor and Employment Practice Group.

Ms. Brailsford's practice involves civil litigation with an emphasis on virtually all aspects of employment litigation including noncompetition and nondisclosure agreements, trade secret protection, wrongful discharge, discrimination, and fair labor standard practices. She also has extensive experience representing clients in commercial litigation and other civil litigation involving insurance coverage and bad faith, personal injury, and business disputes.

Ms. Brailsford has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Idaho and before the Idaho Supreme Court, the Idaho Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before joining Holland & Hart, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas G. Nelson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit where she worked on a broad range of cases.

Ms. Brailsford was recognized by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business in 2010 for labor and employment law.

Ms. Brailsford is admitted to practice in Idaho, the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

She is active in advising nonprofit corporations on labor and employment-related matters and has been a speaker on labor and employment topics at personnel seminars.
