Mr. Squyres is a senior litigation partner of Holland & Hart. His practice includes a wide variety of complex civil litigation. Mr. Squyres has handled cases before judges and juries in state courts all over Idaho and in federal courts in Idaho, Washington, California, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, including appeals before the Idaho Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joe Ingraham, Judge, U. S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Squyres served on Attorney General Griffin B. Bell's personal staff in the Office of Legal Counsel at the U. S. Department of Justice for three years.
Mr. Squyres is a frequent speaker on trial preparation and technique. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel, and Mountain States Super Lawyers. Mr. Squyres served as the administrative partner of the Boise office of Holland & Hart from 2004-2007. He is currently serving a three-year term as an Idaho State Bar Commissioner and is a founding member of the ADR Section of the Idaho Bar.
