Recognizing the strong defense industry presence in our community, we have attorneys focused on government contracting and the national security issues that arise. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies to individuals, small startups, and local entrepreneurial companies.

We are well-equipped to handle your litigation needs but also assist in resolving your disputes before litigation is necessary. By developing strategies that will decrease the likelihood of complaints, Holland & Hart can help you avoid a costly lawsuit.

We commonly utilize the experience offered by Holland & Hart lawyers throughout our 15 other offices in the Mountain West and Washington D.C. This resource, coupled with the capabilities of our lawyers, all of whom reside in and around Colorado Springs, help bring the experience and know-how of a national firm to local businesses and individuals.

Our Role in the Community
In addition to our legal work, we have a strong commitment to the community-both as a firm and individually-and support a full range of charitable causes and organizations. Our pro bono efforts include service on the board of directors of the USAFA Endowment and assistance to families of deployed service members through the ABA Center for Pro Bono and the Lawyers Serving Warriors programs. Our attorneys and staff members volunteer and make financial contributions to a variety of social, faith-based, and emergency services organizations including Boy Scouts of America, Care & Share, CASA, Goodwill Industries, Kids on Bikes, Marian House Soup Kitchen, the Salvation Army, Starlight Children's Foundation, and Urban Peak Teen Shelter.

Why We Are Growing
We are expanding in response to our clients' growing needs. We're proud of the work we do and of our strong reputation in the Colorado Springs community. If we can be of any assistance, please give us a call.
