SALT LAKE CITY (March 24, 2010) - Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Daniel E. Stevenson has joined the firm as of counsel in the firm's Salt Lake office.
Stevenson structures, negotiates, and documents technology transactions and outsourcing transactions for companies in varying stages of development from venture-backed start-ups to large corporations.
“Dan’s experience will be a great addition to our already-robust services for technology companies,” said Salt Lake City office Administrative Partner Greg Lindley.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Stevenson was with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Seattle, where he was selected as a Washington State "Rising Star" by Washington Law & Politics, 2010. He was named a Texas "Rising Star" by Law & Politics Magazine and Texas Monthly in 2006.\
Stevenson is admitted to practice law in Utah, Washington, and Texas. He earned his J.D. at the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University, and his B.A. also from Brigham Young University.
