BOULDER (April 30, 2009) - The American College of Real Estate Lawyers has elected Holland & Hart attorney Beat Steiner as a Fellow. Election to this College is one of the highest honors a real estate attorney can receive in his or her practice. Steiner was recognized for his years of outstanding work and service to the profession.
Steiner has been practicing law for more than 25 years with an emphasis on the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of real estate. His practice has included many highly complex real estate and corporate transactions, including representation of the bank group financing Colorado’s largest homebuilder, the joint venture developing the headquarters building of a major airline, the planned unit development for one of Boulder’s largest employers, and the development of several Colorado ski areas.
