DENVER (July 1, 2008): Holland & Hart LLP and Hale Lane Peek Dennison and Howard announced today that the firms have completed the combination of the two firms. Hale Lane is one of the largest and most highly regarded Nevada law firms. Holland & Hart is the largest firm based in the Mountain West. This combination brings together many of the leading lawyers in Nevada and the Mountain West to provide enhanced legal services across the region.
The combined firm has 63 attorneys in Nevada, making it one of the largest law firms in Nevada, and a total of 415 attorneys firm-wide. The firm maintains the name Holland & Hart LLP and has offices in Reno, Carson City, and Las Vegas.
