Ms. DePaulis guides clients through the complex litigation process. She focuses her practice on business and commercial and environmental litigation.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Ms. DePaulis worked as a commercial litigator at Stoel Rives, LLP and in the Utah Attorney General's Office, where she advised the Board of Oil, Gas and Mining, and practiced in other areas such as water rights and resources, forestry, fire and land use.
