Ms. LeVoy also provides general corporate advice to many clients and assists her clients with a variety of commercial contracts. In addition, she has a significant legal opinion practice.
Having begun her career at Holland & Hart, Ms. LeVoy rejoined Holland & Hart's Denver office in 1999 after her time in-house. During her most recent tenure at the firm, she has served as the head of the business transactions practice group, the firm's audit letter committee and its recruiting committee, and currently serves as the Administrative Partner of the firm's Denver office.
Ms. LeVoy served as a law clerk to Judge Will Garwood of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit from 1982-1983.
