Seasoned Real Estate Finance and Development Attorney Hugh O'Halloran joins Holland & Hart in Jackson as Partner

Partner Hugh O’Halloran has joined Holland & Hart LLP, bringing extensive commercial real estate, finance, and acquisitions experience to the firm’s Jackson Hole office. O’Halloran’s practice will significantly strengthen the firm’s profession-leading capacity to provide services around the nation to clients requiring real estate investment and development representation. O’Halloran has been recognized annually by Chambers USA for Real Estate since 2009, and he has been included in the Best Lawyers in America® list of leading real estate attorneys.

O’Halloran also counsels clients regarding creation and management of real estate investment entities. O’Halloran serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Grand Teton National Park Foundation and he is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Crane Foundation.
