In 1987, Agent Moss entered government service as a Special Agent with the former Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).  During his fifteen (15) years tenure with the INS, Agent Moss was assigned to numerous investigative groups, to include, Worksite Enforcement, Immigration Benefit Fraud, the Violent Gang Task Force, Criminal Alien Apprehension Group and Operations Management.

With the creation Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Agent Moss continued to diversify his experience, being assigned to Financial Crimes investigations, Cyber Crimes/Child Pornography investigations and ultimately returned to the Worksite Enforcement Group as the IMAGE Program Manager for the Office of the Special Agent in Charge San Francisco, California.

In addition to his duties as the IMAGE Program Manager, Agent Moss is a certified instructor in the field of Counterfeit Immigration and Travel Documents and regularly conducts educational classes in detection of Counterfeit Immigration and Travel Documents to Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement agencies as well as business and professional organizations within California.
