Employees from the law firm Holland & Hart and representatives from Utah's Women Alliance for Building Community participated in various service projects and facility improvements at the Volunteers of America, Utah Center for Women and Children during the annual United Way Day on Thursday, September 9, 2004.

This unique day was a wonderful opportunity for these individuals to see firsthand the impact Volunteers of America, Utah makes in our community.The service projects and facility improvements included: landscaping, weeding and laying new bark, preparing and serving lunch to the clients, deep cleaning the kitchen, and sterilizing children's toys.
